  SOLU KHUMBU |THE SHERPA COUNTRY, MANI RIMDU AND DUMJI.
  If anyone connect Khumbu with thanks to the Everest, Solukhumbu deserves him visit. Indeed, this area shelter is the strongest concentration of population of Sherpa. Many villages and monasteries where quintiles of traditional festivals are held, Dumji with Junbesi and Manirimdu with Chiwang Monasteries.
   
  Itinerary
   
1st & 2nd Day: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.
3rd Day: Free day in Kathmandu. Evening trek briefing.
4th Day: Kathmandu / Jiri by bus (1900m).
5th Day:

Jiri / Sangbadanda (2000m). Pass to Mali Bhanjyang (2400m) descent to Shivalaya and then climb up to camp. 6h of walk.

6th Day:

Sangbadanda / Likhu Khola (1500m). By Deorali (2700m) and Bhandar (Changma) first Sherpa village and descent to river Likhu khola. 6h walk.

7th Day:

Likhu khola / Goli Gompa (2900m). A day climb camp close to a monastery located on a crate. 6h.

8th Day:

Goli Gompa / Ngwar (3400m). Walk on a watershed dominates Nawor Khola tents. 6h.

9th Day:

Ngwar / Pikebuk (2800m). Climb up to Pike danda (4070m) Mountain crowned for the sherpas. Seen splendid view of Gaurishankar, Numbur, Kusum kangguru, the Everest descent tent. 6h30.

10th Day:

Pikebuk / Chalsa (2550m). Descent until Solukhola by forest and village Tamang, Sherpa. And increase to Chailsa refugee camp of Tibetans. 6h.

11th Day:

Day free and visit Tibetan village and assembled a collar of (Chorten Changa 3000m). Splendid view of the Everest, Makalu, Kanchanjanga, Mera Peak, Numbur and Kusum Kangguru.

12th Day:

Chailsa / Salleri / Zhambug (2350m). Walk towards the village of Salleri (Capital of Solukhumbu), then easy walk until Zhambug

13th Day:

Zhambug / Ringmo (2800m). Climb up to monastery of Chiwang, where Mani Rimdu (Lama dance with mask every full moon of Nov.) is famously held in the Sherpa country and journey towards beautiful village Ringmu. 5h30.

14th Day:

Ringmu / Traksindu / Mopung (3000m). Climb up in morning to the pass of Traksindu (3071m) visits the monastery of Traksindu. Walk down towards Ringmu khola and climb up to the pass of Singsare la (3500m) and descent towards Mopung. 6h30.

15th Day:

Visit Thupten choling monastery, the largest monastery of the Sherpa country in Solu khumbu and walk down towards Junbesi beautiful village of Sherpa and visit the villages 1h walk. (The festivities of Dumji on April )

16th Day:

Junbesi / Phaplu (2364m). Walk down towards Solu khola to Phaplu Airport.

17th Day: Phaplu / KTM by flight and free day.
18th Day:

Free day in KTM (if problem of flight from Phaplu / Kathmandu).

19th Day: Visits Pasupatinath, Boudhanath and Syambunath.
20th Day: Flight back.
